Whoever wrote it knows the Old Testament very well.

Purpose

This Letter is a rich part of the New Testament canon. It exalts the person and work of the Lord Jesus Christ.

It makes valuable contributions to our understanding of:

  • The incarnation of the Lord Jesus Christ
  • The death of the Lord Jesus Christ
