God’s ways are beyond tracing out

The LORD God is so beyond us that he’s infinitely fascinating. He’s so far beyond us that we will never “get” him, and yet he still invites us in.

 

 

Knowing the LORD God isn’t boring. It’s exciting. A relationship with the Creator of the Universe has a depth to it that we can never plummet.

In God, there’s an infinite richness. There’s an unlimited wisdom. There’s a knowledge that never disappoints.

If your relationship with God seems boring to you, it probably means that God is calling you to go deeper, to come closer. There is room for you to grow in your relationship with him.

 

Sirach 43:31. Who has seen him, that he may declare him? And who shall magnify him as he is?

Romans 11:33. Oh the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and the knowledge of God! How unsearchable are his judgments, and his ways past tracing out!

1 Corinthians 2:11. For who among men knows the things of a man, except the spirit of the man, which is in him? Even so, no one knows the things of God, except God’s Spirit.
