I bore you on Eagles’ Wings

Like an eagle that soars high above the vultures and crows that try to annoy it, the LORD God will lift us high above our enemies. Don’t lose hope!

 

 

INTRODUCTION

 

An eagle soars high. Really high. It goes above the vultures and crows and other troublemakers.

From up on high, the eagle can clearly see the whole landscape and the landscape. It can easily chart its path, free of stress or anxiety.

We are to be like the eagle!

Soar. Be bold. Take delight in the LORD God. Receive power and strength from God. Don’t lose hope!

 

BIBLE VERSES

 

Exodus 19:4. ‘You have seen what I did to the Egyptians, and how I bore you on eagles’ wings, and brought you to myself.

Deuteronomy 32:11. As an eagle that stirs up her nest, that flutters over her young, he spread abroad his wings, he took them, he bore them on his feathers.
