Religious people kill the Prophets

The Lord God wants to gather us together in unity. But we believers fight the will of God. We kill the prophets, and we stone the people God sends.

 

 

2 Esdras 1:30. I gathered you together, as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings. But now, what should I do to you? I will cast you out from my presence.

Matthew 23:37. Jerusalem, Jerusalem, who kills the prophets, and stones those who are sent to her! How often I would have gathered your children together, even as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings, and you would not!

Luke 13:34. Jerusalem, Jerusalem, you who kills the prophets and stones those who are sent to her! How often I wanted to gather your children together, like a hen gathers her own brood under her wings, and you refused!

 

QUR’AN

Qur’an 5:70. We have taken the covenant of the Children of Israel and We sent to them Our messengers. Every time a messenger came to them with what their souls did not desire, a group of them they would reject, and a group of them they would kill.
