Spinning – a Haiku poem
I wrote this Haiku poem after an intense session of Contemplative Prayer.
The church was empty
I was sitting still in prayer
Then He did something
I was touched by Christ
I fell beyond time and space
Out of my body
Flying and spinning
Gravity not pulling down
Then it was over
A little foretaste
An afterlife sampler
My lover’s blessing
