Distractions in Prayer – a Haiku poem
I wrote this Haiku poem after a session of Contemplative Prayer.
Battle lines are drawn
Engaged in mortal combat
Fighting distractions
An hour of sitting
Loving Jesus with my heart
The best thing I do
