Some people build up other believers in the faith. Christians are called to financially support these Builders.

Some people equip other believers for their work of ministry. In so doing, they build up the body of Christ. We think of them as Builders.

They pour themselves out to build unity among the faithful, and to help people grow in their knowledge of the Son of God.

They toil to teach the faith and to raise up disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Many Bible passages show that the Lord Jesus Christ, St. Paul, and others received financial support from the people who stood by them in their work.

In our day, Christians are called to financially support the Builders in their lives.

APPLICATION

In our day, people who teach us in the faith often need resources to help them accomplish their mission.

If they ask you to financially support them, will you do so?
