When the LORD God brought them into the Promised Land, God’s people killed the inhabitants and took their houses and cities.
The divine presence within us. It regenerates and sanctifies us. It inspires us to do good deeds. It gives us strength and determination.

At special moments in biblical history, a miraculous fire appears and consumes a sacrifice. This indicates God’s acceptance. Plus it must have been spectacular!
The Word of God leapt down from the realm of eternity. He became human and pitched his tent among us. He lived among us here on the earth.
The divine light shines into the darkness of our lives and world. We often overlook it or misunderstand it, ignore it or hate it. But it is never extinguished.
We are to flee from doing the wrong thing. Instead, we are to pursue doing the right thing. This is part of being a disciple. It is action-faith.
Salvation is by faith. Yet attaining salvation is based on how we treat the weakest members of society.
The Bible tells us we are saved by faith and God’s grace, and not by our own works.
