We are to be ambassadors of Christ

Nations send ambassadors abroad. And the Lord Jesus Christ sends us out as his ambassadors to the world.

 

 

BIBLE VERSES

 

Psalm 8:6. You make him ruler over the works of your hands. You have put all things under his feet:

Jeremiah 49:14. I have heard news from the LORD, and an ambassador is sent among the nations, saying, “Gather yourselves together! Come against her! Rise up to the battle!”

Obadiah 1:1. The vision of Obadiah. This is what the Lord GOD says about Edom. We have heard news from the LORD, and an ambassador is sent among the nations, saying, “Arise, and let’s rise up against her in battle.

2 Corinthians 5:20. We are therefore ambassadors on behalf of Christ, as though God were entreating by us: we beg you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God.

Ephesians 6:20. for which I am an ambassador in chains; that in it I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak.
