INTRODUCTION

In the Old Testament era, some people said if you are holy, God will make you rich.

In our day, this view is growing in popularity among professing Christians.

They believe that if you walk with God, you will get rich.

They believe that righteous living results in material prosperity. Conversely, if you are poor, it means you are a sinner.

Such Christians pray for miracles that will make themselves rich.

We believe their view is not consistent with a New Testament worldview.
